I should have probably talked a little about the progressive BaFin and MiCAR as case studies (a subject for another day...). 100% agree with you that harmonisation and adopting an EU (and eventually US) is the next hurdle. Congratulations on all the successes Nyala is having in this space already!

Just want to emphasize that in a country like Germany this is already happening - the regulation that is needed exists. :)
Same in Italy and Spain. The next challenge is to harmonize these national frameworks across the EU
